Certificates of Completion – All States

 

We provide certificates of completion for each course you successfully complete with CE Made Simple.  These certificates are automatically generated and made available on your account as soon as a course has been completed.

Please download and save your certificates as soon as possible for your records. They will be available for download on your account for 30 days after you have finished the course.  If you need access to a certificate that is older, please contact us here to request it.

To view and download your certificates, make sure you are logged into your account and navigate to your “My-Courses” page.  Once there, simply click on the “Completed Courses” link and select “View Certificate” for the corresponding course.  All certificates are in pdf format for easy downloading, printing, and emailing.

 

 

Washington

Washington rosters are required to be reported by the continuing education provider. CE Made Simple LLC. submits rosters generally to Labor & Industry within 24-48 business hours of completion.

CE Made Simple rosters are emailed to Washington L&I where they are uploaded by L&I staff.

You do not need to submit your rosters to L&I unless they are specifically requested from the state.  We take care of everything for you.  If for some reason you don’t see your completion on the state licensing website, please contact us here so we can follow up with L&I to make sure you get credit.

 

 

Idaho

Idaho utilizes cebroker.com to track plumber course completions.  All Idaho completions with CE Made Simple are uploaded to this service within 24-48 hours.  If you do not see your completion, please contact us here so we can look into it as quickly as possible.

You do not need to submit your certificates of completion to Idaho unless they are specifically requested from the state.  We take care of everything for you.

 

 

Montana

The Montana Plumbing Board tracks your CE information online.  You can view your current license and CE status here.

CE Made Simple LLC. uploads your continuing education information directly to the state’s CE database.  Montana requires ce providers to upload course completions within 20 days.  We generally update Montana information within 5-10 business days.

You do not need to submit your certificates of completion to Montana unless you receive an audit notice.  We take care of everything for you.  However, you can use your certificate of completion to prove your Montana CE compliance at any time.

 

Alaska

Alaska does not have any formal reporting process for CE providers to send or upload course completion data.

You will need to submit your CE Made Simple certificate of completion directly to the State of Alaska in order to get CE credit for any courses you take with us.

 

North Dakota

North Dakota currently does not have any formal reporting process for CE providers to send or upload course completion data.

You will need to submit your CE Made Simple certificate of completion directly to the State of North Dakota in order to get CE credit for any courses you take with us.

 

 

South Dakota

South Dakota currently does not have any formal reporting process for CE providers to send or upload course completion data.

You will need to submit your CE Made Simple certificate of completion directly to the State of South Dakota in order to get CE credit for any courses you take with us.
